Art is the sole intellectual and commercial property of the artist. Record companies throughout history have been nothing more than thieves, not only stealing from their clients, but also robbing consumers of their free will by conspiring to control the distribution and subsequent dissemination of music to the general public. Those who strive for purity in their art and control of their destiny are denied this by a soulless industry dominated by a cult of mediocrity and commercialism.
We at little guy records believe that the sole responsibility of a record company is provide a space for artists where they are in complete control of their music. Our business model is service derived consisting of merchandise design and distribution, music production and promotion. Profits are based on a mutually agreed percentage of sales and income with the artist. All little guy artists retain 100% creative control of their works.

This site was published on March 4, 2023. We have had some issues to resolve and are happy to say that our store is up and running and open for business. We will be adding more music and video and bring in new artists. Thanks for visiting littleguyrecords.com
